We are in the midst of revolutionizing our core capabilities to maximize service and mission outcomes. This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now recruiting for a Learning Strategist.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify strategic and tactical goals to support the overall learning needs and experience for leaders and employees across the organization
- Create the learning strategy and supporting learning actionable plans; plan the strategic approach for each training engagement based upon established learning objectives, learner needs and characteristics, and learning environment
- Utilizing best practices, develop and create learning standards and guidelines, a learning style guide, and other tools and resources for learning and development team members
- Recommend measurement and assessment strategies for learning activities, evaluate and report on learning program performance, and make recommendations for improvement
- This role will report to the Director, IT Governance and Capability Readiness
What You Bring
- Experience producing organizationwide learning and learning strategies
- Experience leading learning activities for business transformation initiatives
- Experience and best practice knowledge of adult learning principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across cultures
- Excellent written communication and editing skills, particularly conveying technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess needs and recommend solutions
