Description

MyKey Global Accommodations is seeking an energetic and results-driven Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant person to join our corporate team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Key responsibilities of Executive Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow up on assigned tasks to the Finance Team and basic accounting work
  • Assisting the CFO 45 hours per day and CEO 23 hours per day

Requirements:


  • Postsecondary school education/training in office Administration, business diploma or related field.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Administrative Skills, Time Management, Digital Filing
  • QuickBooks
  • Accounting
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing, including the facilitation and presentation of information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on concurrent assignments while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills.
  • Execute basic bookkeeping tasks as delegated.
