CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE - LEDUC

JOB POSTING # 1-22

Progressive Wage Rate:
$ $32.72

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Negotiating, reviewing and monitoring payment arrangements;
Receiving and processing natural gas emergency call from customers and/or emergency services;
Maintaining working relationships with Settlement, Band and Reserve administration;
Maintaining call answer levels to comply with Alberta Utilities Commission requirements and;
Providing after hours on call coverage between October 31 and April 15.

Qualifications include:

Business related Certificate from a recognized postsecondary institution;
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a call center/telephone customer service environment;
Specific call centre agent or customer service training;
Strong keyboarding skills;
Excellent spoken and written communication skills; and
Ability to multitask and work effectively in an environment of constant pressure to meet deadlines and emergencies.
