    What You Will Do:

    The Senior Bilingual Proposal Specialist is responsible for Stryker's proposal development processes. This position involves the ownership and day-to-day management of the proposal submission, and requires close interaction with the Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Management, and Senior Leadership teams. This individual will also track opportunities and create proposals to deliver maximum exposure to new and existing business prospects. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal inquiries from internal and external customers while providing responsive and professional service.
  • Provides proposal development process leadership from opportunity identification to contract award; identify and qualify opportunities, organize, and maintain project schedules, resources, and inputs; review, ensure compliance.
  • Establish strong collaborative partnerships with stakeholders such as Pricing, Legal, Contracts, and Commercial teams to create customer-driven and winning proposals.
  • Design, format, edit, and produce proposal templates, documents, and related materials; manage proposal production, final review, and content accuracy in Proposal Content Management software, ensuring up-to-date content and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing recommendations, solutions, and supporting the development, creation, improvement, and execution of standard procedures within the Proposal Team.
  • Acquire product knowledge through training and reading materials; maintain understanding of procurement processes across hospital, regional, provincial, and national levels to align with customer and government terms.

    Required:

  • Bilingualism (French & English)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, with specific focus on Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and Outlook and Adobe.
  • 2-5 years of proposals experience

    • Preferred:

  • University Degree

    • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.

    Ce que vous ferez:

    Le Spécialiste Sénior bilingue des Appels d'Offres est responsable des processus d'élaboration des propositions de Stryker. Ce poste implique la gestion quotidienne de la soumission de la proposition, et nécessite une interaction étroite avec les équipes de prix, de vente, de marketing, légal, de gestion et de direction. Cette personne suivra également les opportunités et créera des propositions afin d'offrir une exposition maximale aux prospects nouveaux et existants. D'autres responsabilités vous attendent:

  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les demandes de propositions émanant de clients internes et externes, tout en fournissant un service attentif et professionnel.
  • Vous dirigez le processus d'élaboration des propositions depuis l'identification des opportunités jusqu'à l'attribution du contrat ; vous identifiez et qualifiez les opportunités, organisez et tenez à jour les calendriers des projets, les ressources et les intrants ; vous examinez et garantissez la conformité.
  • Établir des partenariats solides avec les parties prenantes telles que les équipes de prix, contractuelles et légales, ainsi que les équipes commerciales afin de créer des propositions gagnantes et axées sur le client.
  • Concevoir, mettre en forme, éditer et produire documents, du matériel connexe et gabarits; gérer la production des propositions, la revue finale et l'exactitude du contenu dans le logiciel de gestion du contenu des propositions, en veillant à ce que le contenu soit à jour et en collaborant avec les experts en la matière.
  • Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue en fournissant des recommandations et des solutions et en soutenant le développement, la création, l'amélioration et l'exécution des procédures normalisées au sein de l'équipe chargée des propositions.
  • Acquérir des connaissances sur les produits grâce à la formation et à la lecture de documents ; maintenir la compréhension des processus d'approvisionnement à l'échelle de l'hôpital, de la région, de la province et du pays afin de s'aligner sur les conditions du client et du gouvernement.
