    About the Job: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Food Service Supervisor. If you have experience in the field and are ready to take on a leadership role, this position could be a great fit for you!

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

    Tasks

    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Establish work schedules
    • Order supplies and maintain inventory
    • Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
    • Ensure adherence to safety regulations

    Supervision

    • 5-10 people

    Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

    • Standing for extended periods
    • Attention to detail
