Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of qualityDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components are of the highest quality and delivered on time
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development
Manage and mentor a team of product developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and contributing to the overall success of the company
Develop and manage product development budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with business goals and priorities
Five plus years of Product Development experience
Intermediate level understanding of G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Illustrator
Ability to work efficiently and quickly without compromising quality
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Supply Management
English, additional language(s) an advantage
