Job summary

The Coordinator provides operational support for Outreach and Foundation teams including schedules meeting support calendars travel arrangements and correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to SVP Outreach & Foundation and Foundation Director
  • Assist in drafting correspondence documents presentations reports and other communications
  • Meeting support logistics for internal external stakeholders facilities catering accommodation attend attend CPA Education meetings projects events required improve maintain filing document management paper electronic documents collaborate departments within Alberta programming aligns mandate special projects.
