- Travailler en collaboration avec le Directeur de la Sécurité pour évaluer les procédures de sécurité actuelles et développer des mesures de sécurité innovantes, en assurant une stratégie de sécurité complète et adaptable.
- Développer et implémenter des politiques, des protocoles et des procédures de sécurité complètes (SOP) en collaboration avec la direction supérieure, en s'assurant que toutes les pratiques sont à jour avec les dernières normes et technologies de sécurité.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du département de sécurité, en s'assurant de la conformité avec les lois et réglementations locales.
- Diriger et gérer l'équipe de sécurité, y compris la planification, la formation et l'évaluation des performances.
- Utiliser des solutions technologiques avancées pour la surveillance, le contrôle d'accès et la gestion des incidents afin d'améliorer les mesures de sécurité.
- Gérer les projets de sécurité, y compris l'intégration de nouvelles technologies et systèmes, de la conception à la réalisation.
- Effectuer des évaluations et des audits de sécurité réguliers pour identifier les vulnérabilités et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Répondre et gérer les incidents et urgences de sécurité avec professionnalisme et efficacité.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour assurer une approche cohésive de la sécurité des invités et des employés.
- Préparer et gérer le budget du département de sécurité, en assurant une allocation optimale des ressources et une efficacité des coûts.
- Évaluer et améliorer continuellement les processus et procédures de sécurité pour augmenter l'efficacité et l'efficacité, en s'assurant que les SOP sont régulièrement mis à jour pour refléter les meilleures pratiques et les changements opérationnels.
- Engager dans un mentorat mutuel avec le Directeur de la Sécurité, partageant des perspectives et des meilleures pratiques pour favoriser une culture d'apprentissage continu et d'amélioration au sein de l'équipe de sécurité.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de leadership en sécurité, de préférence dans un casino, un hôtel, ou un environnement d'hospitalité similaire.
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en Gestion de la Sécurité, Technologie de l'Information, ou un domaine connexe.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler en collaboration avec du personnel de sécurité senior, en exploitant leur expérience et leurs connaissances pour améliorer les opérations de sécurité.
- Connaissance démontrée des technologies et systèmes de sécurité modernes, y compris la surveillance et le contrôle d'accès.
- Compétences solides en gestion de projets, avec un historique prouvé de gestion réussie d'initiatives de sécurité et de développement de SOP.
- Capacités exceptionnelles de leadership et de gestion d'équipe, avec expérience en formation et développement.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et projets simultanément.
- Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes solides, avec une attention méticuleuse aux détails.
