The Role


Are you passionate about creating quality software used at multiple AMD sites around the world? Do you want to help improve experiences of cutting-edge AMD CPU, APU, and graphics products? If so, AMD Software Infrastructure team is the right place for you.

We develop and support massive systems that improve the productivity of the SW Organization in areas including DevOps, Advanced Web-Based Tools, Test Automation as well as Project, Release and Change Management solutions.

We develop across full stack from infrastructure, container, database to API, and Web leveraging the latest technologies and development tools.

Requirements:


  • Exposure to systems such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, Docker is a plus
  • Scripting language experience (Groovy, Perl, Python)
  • Knowledge and practical experience with SCM systems and code review tools, such as Git, GitHub, Gerrit is a plus
  • Experience with relational database systems, SQL queries, understanding database concepts and principles is a plus
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components, experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting hardware and software is a plus
  • Knowledge of developing using Windows and Linux environments
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
