Social Media Manager

Job description
Looking for a social media manager to support outreach, strategic engagement, and user growth for an indie project across X/Twitter, Twitch, Instagram, and related platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact creators/accounts (DM + email)
- Run strategic engagement (comments, replies, threads, community touchpoints)
- Support user growth experiments (content cadence, hooks, lightweight A/B testing)
- Track outreach + results in a simple spreadsheet/CRM
- Follow up and coordinate handoffs/calls
- Draft short pitches, posts, captions, and quick scripts as needed
Requirements:
- Strong writing + good taste and judgment
- Experience with creator outreach + community growth
- Organized, discreet, and consistent
