As a DevOps Specialist you will work together with the Development, Security, and Product teams to deploy complex, critical internet infrastructure that enable almost every single transaction on the internet.
We are building a cloud future, using automation to increase the security, reliability and ease of use of diverse systems.
You are passionate about building easy to maintain, secure, performant systems leveraging best of breed opensource software when applicable.What you'll do:
- Keep up with industry trends to identify improvements to the technology stack.
- Work with worldwide partners to build and maintain Top Level Domain registries in a diverse set of environments.
- Identify performance, scalability and ease of use problems. Work with other specialists, developers and partners to build and deploy solutions.
- Security is paramount. Work with the Security, Development and Product team to identify, mitigate and enhance security controls, technology and process.
- Participate in oncall rotation
What you bring:
- You're comfortable with Linux beyond installing packages. You know what PAM does, you know how to configure systemd.
- Previous experience maintaining production systems in (AWS/GCP/Azure) using automation frameworks (Ansible,Terraform, cloudformation etc)
- Understanding of container orchestration, deployment and development.
- Familiarity and comfort with CI/CD tools and processes (Teamcity, Jenkins, Bamboo, CircleCI etc)
- Working knowledge and experience with TLS Certificates, DNS and IPv6.
