Position:
Sales Manager - Vermeer Division: If you're passionate about sales and leadership, this is the role for you. As our Sales Team Lead for Vermeer, you'll lead the team while maintaining vital relationships with our major accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales results and exceed objectives.
  • Develop strong client relationships and find creative solutions.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage sales budget and provide accurate forecasting.

Talent Management Responsibilities:


  • Ensure adherence to HR practices and procedures.
  • Implement staff performance reviews, development, and succession planning.
  • Train and develop the team.
  • Maintain efficient staffing levels and promote our values.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Proven sales management experience.
  • Strong forecasting, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Recruitment skills.

Training, Education, and Experience:


  • 5+ years of successful equipment sales experience.
  • Postsecondary education in a related field.
  • 25 years of sales team management experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation Package:


  • Salary: $75,000 $85,000 per year (based on skills and qualifications).
  • Commission (if applicable).
  • 3 weeks of vacation.
  • Extended benefits.
  • RRSP matching plan.
  • Company car.
