Position Description

This position is responsible for promoting evidence-based practice, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting the professional development and growth of nursing staff.

The Clinical Practice Educator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive orientation programs for newly hired nurses. The position plays a vital role in the success of new nurses within the organization.

By providing comprehensive support and education during the crucial early stages, this role contributes to building a skilled and confident nursing workforce that delivers high-quality patient care.

This position will involve both didactic and clinical teaching.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN).
Minimum 8 years clinical experience in a hospital setting
Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare technology.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying uptodate with nursing best practices.

Required Skills:

Provide clinical leadership and expertise to nursing staff, guiding them in delivering safe and effective patient care. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices that improve patient outcomes.
