Join our growing team for an exciting opportunity to lead all things Talent Attractions & Development at Sierra


Purpose


The Talent Acquisition & Development Manager is responsible for areas of talent attraction, employer branding and full-cycle recruitment starting from job postings up to onboarding for Sierra Team members.

This role is also responsible for heading the learning and development activities for Sierra from initiating Training Needs Analysis, leading Six Sigma initiatives and other related activities.

This role will also support the Director of Team Talent Culture in other HR special projects.


Accountabilities and Detailed Activity:


Talent Attraction

  • Recommend recruiting sources strategy and social media plan for recruiting of all locations
  • Prepare Job Descriptions & Job Posting Ads
  • Develop Social Media Communication Plan and Collaterals to attract Talent
  • Coordinate developing Employer Branding Collaterals such as Corporate Culture Video

Recruitment and Selection

  • Recruit Team Members for the existing facilities: Sourcing, Search, Coordinating and arranging interviews for all Sierra Business Units (Markets, Processing, Cold).
  • Perform intake meeting and needs analysis with direct managers
  • Finalize all hiring paperwork and setup on HRMS
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System for all entries related to recruiting
  • Produce regular recruiting metrics and ensure meeting Service Levels in terms of fill rate.
  • Liaison with the agencies for induction and providing resources as required
  • Onboarding Schedules implementation.

Onboarding

  • HRMS automation and automation of HR processes
  • Answer team members inquiries and provide support to team members for all team related matters

Learning & Development

  • Initiate training/learning needs analysis with department stakeholders
  • Source and coordinate training in areas of Six Sigma, Leadership Development and other key areas
  • Develop and track Learning & Development KPIs
  • Point of contact for external vendors and communications regarding training set up
  • Develop and continually update existing training content (i

e:
presentations, etc., training manuals, etc.)


Special Projects

  • Ongoing involvement with projects aimed at focusing on the improvement of HR functions and other related areas.

Experience:


  • Talent acquisition: 5 years (required)
