    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and a deep understanding of the food industry.

    Duties:
    - Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development
    - Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
    - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence
    - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
    - Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
    - Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures
    - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

    Skills:
    - Strong experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
    - Excellent leadership and team management abilities
    - Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
    - Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
    - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
    - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
