Auxly is seeking Production Associates to join our Day Shift team in Leamington, ON.
This role is essential in ensuring our cannabis products are processed, packaged, and labeled to Health Canada standards — ready for consumers across the country.

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing our products to life by:
Processing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products to meetHealth Canada andAuxly'squality standards.
Maintaining aclean, safe, and sterile work environment, routinely cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.
Preparing production materials and ensuring allpackaging, labeling, and product documentationareaccurateand compliant.
Completing and verifying production forms, data entries, and batch records with precision.
Collaborating closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality.
Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) andGood Production Practices (GPP).
WearingappropriatePersonalProtective Equipment (PPE)— safety is part of everything we do.
Keeping your workspace organized, safe, andaudit-ready.
Taking on other production and quality tasks as needed — every day brings something new
What You Bring
Strongattention to detailand commitment to quality.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks whilemaintainingfocus and accuracy.
Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious.
Able tolift upto 50lbsand stand, bend, or move for extended periods.
Comfortable working with masks, respirators, and hearing protection.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Background checkrequired.
Previousproduction or cannabis industry experiencean asset.
Knowledge ofGPP, GMP, or GAP standardsanadvantage.
Must be able to read and write English clearly and accurately.
Schedule
DayShift:7:00am – 3:30pm
Overtime and weekend work as needed
