Radisson Hotel and Convention Centre is looking for a unique individual to fill the position of Front office manager for our hotel.

Enthusiastic delivery of creative guest Service Initiatives are essential to this position.


Job duties and responsibilities include ; but are not limited to the following:

Accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel and providing exceptional levels of guest service through the guests' stay.

Act as Manager on Duty on occasion and respond to emergency codes. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management of the Front Office. Activities center on identification of strengths and weaknesses and the development of plans and strategies to ensure business development.

Responsible for maintaining quality of product and ensuring consistency in its delivery and standards.

*Creates a strong Guest Service Culture in the front office as well as the entire hotel that maximizes GSI through coaching, motivating and development of associates
*Partners with the Sales Team with he implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies and initiatives*Contributes to the development of goals that support the overall business and market share objectives of the hotel*Actively participates in weekly revenue management meetings and implements strategies across all revenue channels*Positively promotes a fun, creative and exciting working environment*Participates in the Manager on Duty Schedule


Requirements:

*Minimum Two - Five years experience as a Front Office/Guest Services Manager in 3 diamond hotel
*Proven dynamic, enthusiastic, creative innovator who thrives under pressure
*Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative innovator who thrives under pressure and possesses a contemporary management
*Previously demonstrated commitment to exceeding Guest's expectations at all times with a demonstrated eye for detail and guest satisfaction
*Impeccable interpersonal and written communication skills
*Professional in presentation and demeanor
*Must be a self starter, able to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines

*Ability to deal with all levels of management and staff in professional manner
*Excellent Organizational, written and oral communication skills


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
