  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
  • Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
