- Contract proficient
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
