We are seeking a motivated and experienced Buyer/Purchaser to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and acquiring products that will drive our success and growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Buyer/Purchaser at KapscoMoto, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Researching and identifying trending and popular products to expand our product offerings.
Presenting potential products to the management team for evaluation and decisionmaking.
Identifying suitable factories and manufacturers in China for product manufacturing.
Conducting thorough analysis of costs, profits, and feasibility of product acquisition.
Facilitating the importation process of goods from China, ensuring smooth logistics and compliance.
Utilizing software tools to extract information about competitors' bestselling items.
Negotiating prices and lead times with suppliers and manufacturers.
Analyzing and comparing current vendors to provide recommendations for optimizing product pricing.
Placing orders with factories and overseeing the production process.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, and importation, preferably within the ecommerce industry.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate costs, profits, and market trends.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and manufacturers.
Proficiency in using software tools to extract and analyze market data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor relations and internal collaboration.
Detailoriented approach to managing orders, tracking progress, and following up.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
