Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Drive Thru customer service
- Customer Service Outbound Calls
- Helping Walk In Customers
- Data Entry
- Basic Sales
- Collections
- Scheduling Deliveries & Appointments
- Basic Inventory
- Balancing Payments
Essential Requirements:
- On the ball; you are highly organized and able to prioritize and manage your time effectively.
- Detailoriented; you have an eye for the smallest detail and you have incredible accuracy.
- A strong communicator; not only can you clearly express your thoughts in conversation, you can also write and present in a persuasive and influencing manner.
- A creative problem solver; you can think outside the box for solutions without fear of failure.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment.
- A strong listener; you seek to understand by asking questions in a nonjudgmental way.
- Punctual, Reliable & Responsible; you show up on time, you are at work and are accountable for your actions.
- A Continuous Learner; you are willing to learn new roles to help with vacation & grow with the company.
- High level English verbal and written communication skills
Other Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Office experience an asset
- Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
