We're looking for an authentic, collaborative, and accountable Business Analyst / Project Manager Intern to experience working in the technology industry, gain insight into your profession and exposure to all areas of working for a technology company.

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

Our internships can be 4-, 8-, 12-, and 16-months long, depending on what you are looking for

THE GOAL
Business Analysts are the key catalyst between our clients and our technical team.

They know how to assess business problems, ask the right questions and translate those requirements to make a software project succeed.

We want to provide you with hands-on experience working in the technology industry, while being mentored by talented industry professionals.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with a wide variety of technologies, and an even wider variety of clients in several different domains
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplined team of professionals to produce client driven results
  • Anticipate and uncover requirements, determine areas of improvement for existing systems and processes, and help develop solutions
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
  • Monitor deliverables and support the management of competing resources and priorities
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts
  • Stay up to date on current best practices in the areas of business process and documentation and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team bringing your unique skill set to the table

You're a student - we don't expect you to come in with a glossy resume detailing many years of experience.

However, what we do require is for you to demonstrate:
