We are looking for a Health and Safety Administrator, to join our small, mighty safety team, which is dedicated to the mitigation and management of HSE risks.

Reporting to HSE Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the continued improvement, implementation, and maintenance of the ATCO Structure's HSE Management System in alignment with our Certificate of Recognition (COR).


What Else You Get To Do:

  • Manage the administrative component for HSE department which includes; Preparing and maintaining safety reports and documentation, generating and regularly updating data, creating PowerPoint presentations, Safety meeting reports, updating SOP's
  • Support the development and execution of HSE training programs as required
  • Monitor all client sites to ensure we are in good standing with all customers.
  • Assist in the processing, tracking, recording, and reporting of incident data.
  • Participate in site visits as requested.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and capability to learn and take on other tasks as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skills, and experience

Who You Are:


  • Passionate about improving health and safety;
  • Prior experience working in a highpaced administrative role or health &safety role
  • Excellent administrative and multitasking skills
  • Good at data entry, data analysis, and report generation
  • Solid understanding of Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro;
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Selfmotivation, enthusiastic, as well as the ability to anticipate and adjust to outcomes are assets;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences;
  • HSE Audit Experience is considered an asset;
  • Knowledge/ prior experience in the area of health, safety, and environment regulatory an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset
