Responsibilities
Maintenance technicians play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards in our vacation homes. This involves addressing maintenance requests for upcoming reservations, fulfilling service requests from guests and owners, and conducting preventative maintenance tasks.

  • Offer professional, friendly service consistently
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance tasks promptly
  • Become proficient in tech systems like C4 and Sonos
  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as silicone application, caulking, painting, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Conduct hot tub water quality service
  • Perform pre-arrival maintenance inspections
  • Address maintenance reports promptly and efficiently
  • Keep the Maintenance Manager informed about repair statuses
  • Maintain property-specific knowledge
  • Fulfill any other assigned duties

Visa and Driving Requirements:
Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada and hold or be eligible to transfer to a BC driver's license. Only applicants meeting both criteria will be considered for the position.
