Job summary

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning and Development professional to join our HR team in a 12-month contract role. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing HR technical systems and processes.

This includes leading implementation maintenance optimization of all HR systems including Workday SharePoint Intranet Awardco; partnering with HR Operations Talent Acquisition Learning & Development to assess needs gather requirements provide tech expertise for Workday updates new module implementations; serving as primary Tier support contact for HR systems collaborating closely with HR Technology Services Project managing Workday enhancements integrations in partnership third-party vendors ensuring strong data integrity reporting quality across all HR platforms through audits troubleshooting ongoing optimization;
