Job Description:


  • Collaborate with our sales agents to sell Vidéotron products and services
  • Prioritize client satisfaction, actively address client needs and seek to provide a customized solution in collaboration with sales agents
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals to clients
  • Get in touch with clients to understand their needs, promote practical solutions and provide outstanding support
  • Communicate with clients, make calls to prospects and follow up on quotes
  • Connect with potential new clients and generate opportunities to build and develop our client base
  • Answer client questions by phone and in person and follow up on quotes
  • Be aware of information and updates regarding our products and services and those offered by our competitors

Qualifications:


  • Bilingual in Ukrainian and English, French (a plus)
  • Sales and/or sales support experience (a plus)
  • Basic computer skills
  • A commitment to deliver highquality customer service
  • Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
  • Ability to work independently and a commitment to teamwork
