Your Opportunity/Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

Salesforce Enhancement Management**:
- o Lead the enhancement initiatives for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Retention Cloud, and MuleSoft integration.
- o Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- o Work closely with product owners and team leads to keep backlogs organized and up to date.

Mentorship and Guidance**:
- o Provide mentorship and guidance to product owners, helping them grow into Salesforce management professionals.
- o Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the Salesforce team.

Business Relationship Management**:
- o Act as the business relationship manager for stakeholders requesting Salesforce work.
- o Assist in managing priorities and backlogs for various business teams.
- o Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize work for bi-weekly sprints.

Agile Sprint Management**:
- o Maintain agile sprint boards and ensure they are up to date.
- o Attend daily sprints, offering Salesforce expertise to help resolve challenges.
- o Foster a Salesforce-first approach in problem-solving within product teams.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
- o Connect multiple product teams when enhancements span across different areas.
- o Facilitate collaboration and communication to ensure seamless project execution.

Salesforce Platform Expertise:
- o Stay informed about the latest Salesforce platform offerings, updates, and best practices.
- o Ensure the organization is following the most current Salesforce guidelines.

Project Escalation**:
- o Serve as the gatekeeper of the small to medium enhancement queue for Salesforce.
- o Identify when a request exceeds a two-sprint timeframe, involves multiple systems, or requires external integration.
- Escalate such projects to the PMO for Salesforce Architecture support.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Retention Cloud, and MuleSoft integration.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Agile project management experience.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to bridge gaps between technical and nontechnical teams.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and integration principles.
Education/Technical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, etc.).
Undergraduate degree (preferably of a technical, computer science, or engineering orientation)
Proficient in:
- Salesforce ecosystem
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- SQL
- Lightning UI
