JOB SUMMARY:


The Underground Utility Installer (Labourer) reports to a Lead Hand/Foreman to assist in the installation of electrical and underground utilities.

Majority of the work takes place in outdoor environments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Working
    6 days a week, hours a day.
-
Manual labour to support underground utility installation.
-
Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
-
Dig, backfill, and clean out trenches
:


  • Ability to operate equipment or
    willing to learn.
-
Complete ongoing maintenance of work area, trenches and equipment, ensuring clean and safe operations.
-
Perform miscellaneous laboring activities to support the installation of underground utilities.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Class
    5 Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift
    75lbs.
  • Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
  • Willing to work outdoors.

From $23.00 per hour
