Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, this position is responsible for working with Dispatch, Sales, and Technical Services to supply our customers with a quality product in a timely fashion and will assist with promoting and maintaining a good customer relationship.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of job sites concrete projects, including project planning, execution, timing, and quality.
  • Coordinate driver and pump activities on site to ensure project goals and contractual agreements are met.
  • Provide leadership in the areas of Safety, Labor Relations and Environmental Compliance Onsite Customer, Inland Liaison
  • Assist the Operations Superintendent with the supervision of Union Employee
  • Oversee Ready Mix projects and coordinate truck flow
  • Will establish good working relationships with onsite project managers, superintendents, foremen and work crews
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required

Skills and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma
  • Commercial driver's license required
  • 3 to 5 years of ready mix concrete industry experience
  • Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Ready Mix delivery procedures
  • NCSO / HSE designation or related Safety training experience
  • Supervision experience in a unionized environment is an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software Excel and word
  • Detail oriented with the ability to keep accurate records.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be selfmotivated, able to work independently and multi task.
  • Able to problem solve and react in a fast paced environment
  • Must have excellent computer skills, report writing and system functionality
  • Must be available to work variable shifts as required
