Job summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst provides systems expertise, project leadership, and technical support for the development of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) while concurrently working to increase process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provides insight and solution proposals to achieve objectives for HR initiatives.
- Maintains awareness of vendor functionality, software releases and patches and the potential opportunity and/or impact on current and future HR systems functionality.
