What you'll do:

Under the direction of the Bakery Manager, a Premium Rate Clerk - Bakery is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members as well ensuring merchandising and image standards for the department are maintained to deliver solutions that matter most to the customer.

Guides team members in merchandising standards
Bakes, orders, receives, prepare, packages, prices and displays product
Ensure production and product preparation meets schedule and quality standards
Assists in completing inventory and inventory management
Leads/guides team in customer service standards and objectives
Completes and ensures accountability of team members in housekeeping and maintenance activities
Responsible for leading safe use of equipment and food safety requirements
Completes day to day functions of the Manager in their absence including required administration work.
