The Opportunity
As an In-Store Sales & Promotions Lead, you'll oversee day-to-day campaign operations at retail locations and promotional events. You'll take the lead in engaging customers, coaching team members, and ensuring brand displays deliver maximum impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead a small in-store promotions team to meet and exceed daily sales goals
- Engage directly with customers at events and retail stands to promote products and services
- Train and mentor new team members on sales techniques and customer engagement
- Ensure brand displays are professional, organized, and visually appealing
- Track team performance, share feedback, and celebrate wins
- Maintain strong relationships with store management and event partners
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, retail promotions, or team leadership is an asset
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
- Comfortable in fast-paced retail and event environments
