Automotive Sales Consultant.
  • Airdrie Dodge Sales Consultants are a cohesive unit, tailored to profitability, teamwork, flexibility, and growth. All Product Specialists are required to contribute to their assigned shift by maintaining a positive attitude, contribute to individual and team performance goals, maintain consistent attendance, and adhere to overall performance standards. As a heavily process oriented and structured dealer, successful applicants will need to meet minimum requirements as noted below.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Process_**- Guest sheet - Customer interview sheet - Completion in full with every customer

  • Communication with sales managers and presentation of guest sheet
  • Product presentation: Vehicle walkaround, test drive, soft close

Delivery Process_**- Communication with finance office for vehicle delivery date

  • Accessory and F&I product followup and coordination
  • Fuel/clean/owner books/ service and parts department showcase

After Sales Process_**- 1 day follow-up - Customer care inquiry

  • Referral request ($150 cheque + $100 service and parts gift card)

Administration_**- VIN solutions CRM administration - Existing customer and Prospect follow-up

  • Maintenance of tasks assigned in CRM
  • Minimum 10 prospecting outbound contacts per day

  • Business development and expansion o customer base

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • A high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Completion of required FCA courses and participation in Chrysler & Dealer events
  • Daily lot walk and inventory review of new and preowned vehicles
  • Mandatory attendance at all staff meetings
  • General teamwork and assigned team duties
