    CALLING ALL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS WITH AN ELECTRICAL SKILL SET

    Our client, located in Ancaster is looking for their next maintenance supervisor on the day shift.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the overall supervision of millwrights and electricians in a unionized environment
    • Supervise operation of plant equipment and services, involving cost control, safety, and product quality
    • Help with improving the preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and improve overall maintenance costs
    • Develop employee effectiveness and lead by example
    • Plan and implement preventative maintenance
    • Duties as otherwise assigned
    Qualifications
    -442A Electrician, PLC programmer or electrical engineer an asset

    • Experience in a food or packaging environment
    • Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting
    • Abilities to troubleshoot, modify, install and maintain equipment
    • Knowledge of Microsoft and computer skills
