Description

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document repairs
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Experience with electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and repair
Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
Knowledge of logic controllers and their programming
Ability to fabricate or modify parts as needed
Experience working with boilers is a plus
