Position Type/Schedule:

This role will be based out of any of our 20+ offices with the probationary period based out of Head Office at Avenue, Surrey BC.

This is a full-time 40-hour/week position. An option for a hybrid working solution is available in three months.

About the role:

Digital Process & Workflow Automation:

Support and troubleshoot existing data integrations
Support and troubleshoot existing process automation such as Helpdesk automation, SSIS, Power Apps, Forms & workflows, Campaigns, etc.
Digitize and automate manual processes using lowcode and nocode platforms.

Data Administration, Reporting & Business Intelligence:

Understand database schema and data mapping
Write intermediate to advancedlevel SQL queries, analytics, and visualizations
Import and export datasets, onpremise and cloud
Administer a data lake, data catalog, data cleansing, and data models
Promote data ecosystem changes through Dev, Test, and Prod
Monitor and optimize performance across the data ecosystem
Data security and governance administration
Ensure integrity throughout the data ecosystem
Support machine learning and AI advancements

Application Support:

Open vendor support tickets when required, and update documentation.
Participate in vendor community groups.

Other Duties:The role may involve aiding the IT Team and other stakeholders with various tasks, projects, and system upkeep to fulfill the IT department and company's strategic goals.

What You'll
Bring to This Role?

College diploma or university degree in computer science, or five years of equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, analytics, and business intelligence.
Proficiency in workflow management and automation.
Experience with warehouse management, ERP, ecommerce, and/or EDI preferred.
Familiarity with performance tuning & optimization.
Understanding of security models, data governance, and securing data.
Understanding of configuration vs. customization, change management, and release management.
Experience in customer service and/or in a support role preferred.
