    What The Role Involves:
    • Developing and implementing Care Plans independently or collaboratively with support services.
    • Providing exceptional nursing services in various settings and communicating effectively within the care team.
    • Conducting clinical duties as needed to support patient care.
    What You Bring:
    • Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse with a commitment to patient care.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with CPR certification.
    • Valid driver's license, immunization records, and clear background checks.
