This role ensures the daily safe and efficient receipt, storage anddispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed businessoperations and customer demand.

How You'll Make anImpact

Goods receipt process(with all related SAP transactions)
Maintain receivingdocuments as per defined process (packing slip and certificates of conformity)
Shipping process: Prepareshipment, packaging, and creating documents (with all related SAP transactions)
Kitting process: Physicallypreparing kits to be delivered to the productions line in accordance with thekitting and production schedules (with all related SAP transactions)
Physical delivery ofkits to the production line
Perform SAPtransactions and physical movement for material transfers
Perform SAPtransactions and physical movement for return to stock orders
Process scrap material holdingand disposal
Preparing andcompleting warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Performing certainclerical tasks in support of delivering material to operations
Performing warehouseinventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
Performing routinecycle counts as per audit schedule
Keep a clean and safeworking environment and optimise space utilisation
Operate warehousevehicles and equipment (forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks)
Follow quality servicestandards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

WhatYou Bring:

Proven workingexperience as a warehouse operator
Proficiency ininventory software, databases, and systems (previous SAP experience is anasset)
Familiarity with modernwarehousing practices and methods
Good organisational,time management skills and a continuous improvement mentality
The ability tocoordinate, organize and plan and work in a team environment
Ability to lift heavyobjects
Current forkliftlicence
High School Diploma orDEC
Bilingual in French and English
