Job summary
The Beer Store is currently searching for an Operations Administrator who will support daily operations and administrative tasks at the Bolton Distribution Centre. The role involves reporting and verification of paperwork, customer service, scheduling appointments, investigating customer credit requests, building load manifests and performing other related duties. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent required experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. They should also possess exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy, proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time contract opportunity available for 12 months including days evenings overnights weekend shifts as required.Responsibilities
- Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
- Support operations working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Providing customer service for internal external customers third-party carriers
- Scheduling inbound outbound load appointments with flexibility
