This role within the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) Team is responsible for providing support to the Cloud Enablement Team and the C4C (Catalysts for Cloud) program.

What will you do?

Support Sun Life's Enterprise Cloud Skills guild program
Assist with developing and executing a quarterly skill development & peertopeer knowledge sharing calendar of events
Manage all aspects of the Cloud skill development events including scheduling meetings with key contributors, take meeting minutes and facilitate audio and web conferences.
Develop and execute marketing and communications material (including written, video, live events, etc.) that promote the business values and outcomes that Cloud enables
Assist in process related assignments
Execute assigned process improvement items
Work on Special Assignments in all functions of the CCoE as appropriate
Contribute to CCoE Confluence space by creating new and updating existing content
Reporting to CCoE Director

What do you need to succeed?

Ability to work independently with mínimal directions
Ability to collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal comfortably with all levels within the organization
Work well under pressure by incorporating time management skills in judging priorities and meeting deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills for providing adhoc reporting as needed

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.

The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
