Responsibilities:


  • Lead and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation efforts for Salesforce projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and client team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning discovery, design, build, testing, UAT and post Go-Live support.
  • Participate in endtoend implementation planning including project management, issue management and communication.
  • Translate business requirement into technical specifications. Accountable for creation of user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Provide consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations throughout the implementation cycle
  • Manage customer relationships and daytoday interactions and escalations as it pertains to technical specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and administrators on team

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years working as a Salesforce Consultant and leading Salesforce implementation.
  • Relevant experience in Digital journey for Telecom vertical, Understanding of key telecom processes and Data model.
  • Experience with one or more of the Salesforce modules:
  • Sales cloud
  • Service cloud
  • Marketing cloud
  • Experience cloud
  • CPQ
  • MuleSoft
  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Administrator

Key Skills & Abilities:


  • Other Salesforce certifications e.g. PD1, App builder, CPQ, Experience cloud, Integration architect etc. considered an asset.
  • Experience on Agile project delivery is must. Certification in business analyst and project management will be an asset (CBAP, PBA, PMP)
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Proven experience delivering services with increasing degree of responsibility and proven track record with the ability to execute according to plan
  • Experience developing business relationships as well as managing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely and successfully with people in a team environment
