Position Description

Responsibilities:

Donor Forms:


  • Design and create donor forms using appropriate tools or platforms.
  • Ensure forms are userfriendly, visually appealing, aligned with the organization's branding, and follow security measures to protect donor data.
  • Gather necessary information from stakeholders to include in the forms (e.g., donation amounts, contact details, donation options).
  • Review and update the forms based on feedback and requirements.

Editing Website:


  • Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to obtain the necessary information and links for website updates.
  • Review and edit website copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Incorporate new links into the appropriate pages or sections of the website.
  • Ensure proper formatting and layout of the web content.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify outdated or broken links and rectifying them.

General Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as designers, developers, marketers, and content creators to align on goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Adhere to web standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure a seamless user experience and troubleshoot any issues.

Qualifications:


  • 23 years of relevant web editing experience is desired. This experience should include working with content management systems (WordPress), HTML, CSS, and familiarity with web development principles.
  • 12 years of experience in creating and designing donor forms, preferably in the context of nonprofit organizations or fundraising campaigns
  • 12 years of experience in the charitable sector, an asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM platform.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of completing tasks and demonstrated followthrough.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently with mínimal supervision, and consistently meet deadlines while striving to exceed goals.
  • Familiarity with fundraising strategies, donor segmentation, and engagement tactics within the nonprofit sector.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, ensuring the handling of donor information complies with relevant guidelines.
  • Understanding of AODA and similar accessibility compliance standards.
  • Identify & align with WWF's core values: Courage, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration

Other Information:


  • Minimum 1 day per week in Toronto office; rest of time remote/home office
