Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONCleaning position available in a small production line setting as well as a small office area. There is a walk behind floor scrubber to clean the walkway through the plant. Monday to Friday, 2 hour per night, $16.00 per hour. Located in the Fountain St. north and Maple Grove area

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors
Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins
Clean /sanitize kitchens
Vacuum/sweep/mop all flooring
Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

QUALIFICATIONS

Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
Works well independently and in a team environment
