Position Description


We currently have an exciting new entry level opportunity for a fast paced, multi-tasker to add to the depot team.

The focus of the role is to aid the Delivery Drivers and Operations in the day-to-day tasks required to complete our City Obligations.

This role will based out of our
Williams Lake Location at our Central Cariboo Transfer Station.


Position Responsibilities

  • Abide by all Health and Safety protocols.
  • Assisting customers after they have sorted their returns as the cashier
  • Dealing with the material as it comes in
  • Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner.
  • Assist with general labor tasks, such as sorting, collections of materials/supplies etc.
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Offloading and loading trucks
  • Completing paperwork
  • General Plant Duties
  • Other duties and projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be able to take orders and direction.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Proven ability to work independently while being a team player.

Salary:
$17.10 per hour
