SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for balancing armatures and rotors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY:

Proficiently operate and control the balancing machine to ensure accurate and precise balancing of armatures and rotors.
Conduct thorough inspections of balanced components to verify adherence to quality standards. Identify and rectify any imbalances or irregularities in the balancing process.
Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions with the balancing machine promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in balancing techniques.
Assists in the training of other personnel as required.
Other duties assigned to the employee by the Production Supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good with hand tools and proficient in using milling machine.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
