SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for balancing armatures and rotors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY:
- Proficiently operate and control the balancing machine to ensure accurate and precise balancing of armatures and rotors.
- Conduct thorough inspections of balanced components to verify adherence to quality standards. Identify and rectify any imbalances or irregularities in the balancing process.
- Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions with the balancing machine promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in balancing techniques.
- Assists in the training of other personnel as required.
- Other duties assigned to the employee by the Production Supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good with hand tools and proficient in using milling machine.

$18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
