Business Development Manager - Heavy Equipment Rentals & Used Sales
ConTrac Equipment Ltd. is very excited to be adding high-functioning, driven individuals to our team.
Very rarely do we have openings in our sales team.
We're seeking an individual with sales experience, and construction industry (oilfield, pipeline, civil, logging) related knowledge.

As a fast growing and competitive heavy equipment vendor, our fleet is comprised primarily of late model premium equipment.
Our equipment line-up includes a variety of articulated trucks, dozers, excavators, motor graders, and wheel loaders.

We are actively seeking a Business Development Manager in Alberta, British Columbia, or Saskatchewan to build and develop relationships with prospective customers.

Based out of Spruce Grove Alberta, we are an independent source for late model units from mainline manufacturers.

From pre-job equipment selection planning meetings to after-hours on-call support, our sales and support teams provide a premium, customer service-oriented experience and product to our clients.

Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Act as a customer representative and brand ambassador for ConTrac Equipment Ltd. as the main point of contact with your customers.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers.
  • Rent and sell heavy equipment.
  • Travel to your customers to strengthen preexisting relationships.
  • Ensure all rental and sales documentation is completed consistently, accurately, and on time.
  • Communicate and work effectively with our sales and service teams to produce accurate timelines and quotations for your customers.

Requirements:


  • Active Drivers License.
  • Proficient with computers and smart phones.
  • Flexible work schedule and attentive. (Answering phone calls during evenings and weekends is required.)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highfunctioning environment.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • A self motivated individual capable of self management.
