Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry and we are now looking to expand by adding a new member to our Corporate Group.

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for our Corporate Group out of Winnipeg, MB.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist the Director of Sales with parts quotes, sales tenders, and proposals;
Working alongside the Fabrication team to complete quotes and sales proposals to customers;
Resolving customer inquiries by investigating problems, developing solutions, and coordinating calls with MSI experts;
Complete follow up calls and post transaction monitoring of the product delivery and account maintenance;
Participate in trade shows within the mining industry to promote MSI products;
Conduct Lunch & Learns with the Director of Sales to new and existing clients;
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and key partners.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma from the Mechanical CET Program or similar is considered an asset;
12 years in a previous sales role;
Experience working in a heavy civil or mining field an asset;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to listen to the customer and identify a customers' needs;
Ability to establish strong relationships with customers.
Possesses strong organization and problemsolving skills;
Holds self and others accountable for keeping commitments, maintaining standards, and achieving goals;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
