Position Overview

Main Responsibilities

Maintain monthly prepaid distribution rights (related and 3rd party) schedules and ensure payments processed in accordance with billing schedules.
Calculate and book monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries for prepaid distribution rights/distribution rights.
Record related party distribution revenues in accordance with company's revenue recognition policy.
Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue recognition for Distribution.
Assist in the preparation of monthly gross margin analysis.
Participate in the maintenance of appropriate information and internal control systems
Reconcile & agree intercompany balances and P&L items with counterparts
Prepare analysis, and update various reports as requested
Assist in preparing schedules for yearend consolidation and audit
Assist with interim and yearend external audits
