Description
G Force Security is looking for security professionals that possess excellent

customer service and communication skills. You should be a reliable person, able

to work during shifts when other employees are off. We are looking for individuals

that can work during the day and evening shifts, with the ability to work any shift

that needs done.

This position requires periods of standing, completing incident reports, conducting

access control duties, conducting interior and exterior patrols, and assisting

visitors and public as required.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a frontline
representative.

  • Assist with any questions from members of the public coming onto the
premises and direct them to the appropriate group/individual, as required.

  • Enforce property rules and regulations and the Trespass to Property Act to
maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets.

  • Oversee the logging in and out of site equipment.
  • Respond to all emergencies (medical, building, etc.)
  • Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
  • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and
surveillance activities.

  • Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
  • Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
  • Monitor and control access at defined facility and property entry control
points and assigned security posts.

  • Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
  • Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security
incidents.

  • Fulltime availability to work all days of the week and schedules will consist
of afternoons, and evening shifts.

  • Great Physical fitness: A good officer needs to portray a clean professional
image.

  • Customer servicedriven individual
  • Must be able to stand for up to 810 hours.
  • Clear English communication skills in all areas (verbal and written)
  • Keen observation and attentiveness
  • Decision Making, Reliable, Common Sense, and exceptional judgment.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Working knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code of
Canada.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Ontario Security License
  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Must have background in Police Foundation Program or any law
certification or Experience

  • Experience (4 year required)

Salary - $20- $21 per hour
