Accounts Payable Administrator


Vision Truck Group is searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator with drive and determination to support the accounting functions and tasks for our multi branch company.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process full cycle accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with established terms
  • Communicate with internal and external vendors and reconcile vendor statements
  • Maintain accounts payable filing systems
  • Reconcile and submit related monthend and yearend accounting reports
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in
    accounts payable/accounting:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable
  • Analytical, with problemidentification and problemsolving capabilities;
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively autonomously with little or no supervision;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment where attention to detail and effective multitasking is essential;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and Outlook


EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Post-Secondary Degree in related field.
