Job Description:
***More specifically, you will:
- Respond to requests and problems from users and IT support teams.
- Solve software processing problems (eg synchronization problems between systems, data integrity errors, etc.)
- Execute correction/reboot processing (jobs), according to the support procedures.
- Work together with the team when analyzing complex issues.
- Follow up on issues requiring a multiteam intervention. Document identified issues and escalate to various support teams.
- Inform user and/or IT support teams of the request status on a regular basis, and when the solution has been identified.
- Develop and/or update support procedures
- Write memos for users, according to the "Communication Plan".
- Participate in meetings where expertise or knowledge is required.
Qualifications:
To join our team, you need:
- College degree in computer science combined with approximately 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally in computer support.
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server) and computer processing programming (SQL, SSIS, etc.).
- Familiarity with reporting environments is an asset (e.g., Cognos).
- Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written.
